Sample Quality Control (SQC) services make the sample-making process

As easy as 1, 2, 3.

Quality inspection of inventory shoes

Importers will magically discover the following facts:

The sample development cycle is halved;

Follow-up work for sample production is reduced by 90%;

Cross-border delivery fees are reduced by 90%;

No need to adjust for time differences, no language barriers;

An additional quality management office in China is set up to serve you;

Cross-border supply chain management is elevated to a higher level.

Here’s how the SQC service genuinely helps, step by step:

Step 1: The importer (QAONE’s client) engages with the factory, reaching a preliminary purchase intention.

– Importer: Contacts the factory and establishes an initial cooperation intention, leading both parties into the sample development phase.

– SQC Technician: (At this stage, QAONE is not involved)

– Factory: Communicates with the importer to confirm co-operation intentions.

Step 2: QAONE’s SQC (Sample Quality Check) steps in during the sample development.

– Importer: Sends sample development requirements to the SQC technician and notifies the factory. Thereafter, QAONE’s SQC technician takes charge of follow-ups on sample development.

– SQC Technician: Upon receiving the importer’s needs, compiles them into a technical document infused with quality expertise. Contacts the factory, explaining the service procedure and points of collaboration.

– Factory: Receives the technical document and conducts initial preparations.

Step 2-1: Early SQC Service (Early stage of sample production)

– Importer: Should there be updates to sample development requirements, promptly informs the SQC technician.

– SQC Technician: Compiles the updated requirements, maintaining constant communication with the factory through email, phone, and dedicated Apps, supervising the progress of sample production, and keeping the importer informed about the most recent advancements in manufacturing.

– Factory: Communicates with the SQC technician to ensure samples are fabricated according to the importer’s specifications.

Customer Benefits:

Utilizing time zone differences, native language communication, and professional quality background, the SQC technician efficiently monitors sample production, saving importers’ purchasing personnel substantial working hours, allowing them to focus on more meaningful tasks. The technical background of the SQC team facilitates the advancement of sample production.

Step 2-2: Mid-SQC Service (Initial sample production complete and mailed to CQI office)

– SQC Technician: Conducts quality inspections (SQC) based on product quality and industry inspection standards, verifying if the samples meet the importer’s manufacturing requirements (Compliance 1) and adhere to industry quality standards (Compliance 2). Emails the importer a detailed, professional SQC report and related videos, enabling the importer to deeply understand if the sample quality meets standards, eliminating the need for cross-border mailing for further decision-making on modifications.

– Factory: (No direct description in this phase)

Customer Benefits:

The thorough SQC report and videos allow importers to assess samples beyond surface appearance, gaining deeper insight into internal quality. Leveraging CQI’s SQC service, importers can decide on sample adequacy through reports and videos alone, avoiding near-worthless cross-border shipping fees and significantly shortening sample confirmation time. Furthermore, these reports and videos facilitate professional discussions with end clients or stakeholders about the final sample’s suitability.

Step 2-3: Late SQC Service (Sample revisions)

– Importer: Reviews the SQC report and videos, deciding on further sample modifications.

– SQC Technician: Based on the importer’s modification feedback and updated needs, communicates efficiently with the factory, supervising the implementation of the importer’s changes, and updating the importer on the modification progress via email.

– Factory: Maintains communication with the SQC technician, providing feedback on modification specifics and progress.

Step 3: Final Sample Confirmation

– Importer: Informs the SQC team which samples require cross-border shipment to the importer’s office.

– SQC Technician: Arranges packaging and cross-border shipment for the designated samples, providing a tracking number for the client to monitor logistics information.
