Q: Can first-time clients book directly?
A: Yes. No annual contract, no minimum, no pre-approval. Send your request, we confirm slot and quote, you say “go.” First-time bookings: full payment before inspection (see Rates page). Monthly billing available after we build trust.
Q: No online system — how do I track my order?
A: Your contact person updates you proactively: confirmation the day before, live photos on inspection day, report delivered the moment it’s ready. No portal to log into — info comes to you.
Q: Is it safe to email product drawings and specs?
A: Need an NDA? We’ll sign it. All files used for inspection only, never shared with third parties. Small team = we guard our reputation fiercely. No PR department to clean up our messes — so we don’t make them.
Q: Can I request a specific inspector?
A: Yes, if you have a preference. Returning clients get priority assignment for inspectors they’ve worked with before — someone who already knows your products and standards.
Q: What if I need to reschedule or cancel?
